Valley Crisis Center


Valley Crisis Center of Merced County opened its door to victims and survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault on July 1, 2008.

Valley Crisis Center (VCC) is committed to providing Merced County with domestic violence and sexual assault prevention, intervention, and recovery services in an ethical and responsive manner. As an organization focused on responding to the needs of domestic violence and sexual assault victims/survivors, VCC offers several services to help keep families safe.

With a focus on building a community united against violence, VCC has made every effort to provide confidential services that welcome diversity and are accessible to all community members. The VCC staff, volunteers, and board members understand that collaboration in Merced County is extremely important in order to achieve this goal.

Services are also available in Spanish and Hmong languages. Interpreting services are available in other languages upon request.
