Our Legal Advocates and trained volunteers assist survivors of domestic violence in preparing temporary retraining orders (TRO). Legal advocates provide moral support to the client throughout the family court process, including court hearings, mediation orientation, and mediation. Transportation is provided, if needed, to all court related appointments. All legal paperwork pertaining to the temporary order, including Re-Issuances and Orders After Hearings, are prepared by the legal advocate. Restraining orders are done on an individual bases by appointment.
