Mountain Crisis Services and Valley Crisis Center provide free and confidential services to individuals and families who have experienced or are currently experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault. Our services are designed to help victims on their road to leading violence-free lives. We exist for three reasons:

To provide safe options for those who are victims of relational or family violence, abuse or sexual assault,

To provide hope, support and recovery for those who are or who have been victims,

To eliminate all forms of relational and family violence in our communities - FOREVER!
If you need help today, call our 24 hour hotline. We can help you (and your kids) get safe today. We can provide you with a safe confidential shelter if necessary. We can help you develop a safety plan and discuss all your options. If needed, we can help you with legal paperwork. We will also help you access resources and provide counseling so you can regain control of your life. Most of all, we will be there for you. When you are ready, we will be here.
